Between 16 to 22 April 2018, a delegation from the University d'Artois, France led by University President, M. Pasquale Mammone, paid a visit to ASE at the invitation of the Rector of the ASE to participate at the 105th anniversary of its foundation.

 

 

On this occasion, the French delegation met the leadership of ANTEC for a working discussion. It was discussed the possibility of strengthening the collaboration between the two institutions, as well as the support that the University d'Artois can offer for a partnership between ANTEC and EURALENS. Details will be discussed at the meeting during June-July 2018 when a delegation of experts Antec will make a visit to the University of Arras.

 

Between 12 to 28 May 2017, an ANTEC Expert Team, led by Professor Ioan RADU, will carry out a visit to France, to Artois University for an exchange of experience on good practice in public services of general interest. Members of the delegation will have meetings with researchers, academics and experts from the research centers associated with the French university. This action is partly financially supported by Apa Nova Bucharest, a company that has constantly been involved in supporting research activities in the sphere of public services and to whom we send our thanks.

Between 10 to 29 June 2016, a delegation of experts from the ANTEC, led by Professor Ioan Radu, made a visit to France for an exchange of experience at the University d'Artois in Arras and in the North Pas de Calais region. Aim of this visit was to identify best practices and mechanisms used for monitoring, evaluation and benchmarking of performance in public services of general interest.

As in other situations, Apa Nova Bucharest demonstrated that it understands very well the role of organizations representing civil society in enhancing service quality and consumer satisfaction. Apa Nova Bucharest was actively involved in making this exchange supporting financially this displacement through a sponsorship contract.

Between 10 to 25 June 2016, a delegation of five experts ANTEC, led by Professor Ioan Radu, will participate in the region Nord Pas de Calais, in a series of scientific events, teaching activities and exchanges of experience with French specialists in local and regional administration, concerning assessment and monitoring of performance on public services of general interest.

As a visiting professor at the faculty "Economie, Gestion, Administration et Sciences Sociales (EGASS)" at the University d'Artois in Arras, prof. Ioan Radu will support a series of lectures on organizational performance of operators in the field of public utilities operating in Romania. One of the lectures will focus on presenting the performance of the company Apa Nova Bucharest. One of the objectives of the movement is to develop relationships with the academic world and local administration authorities in the region Nord Pas de Calais in order to share best practices and experiences in delivering public services in the two countries. The mouvement of ANTEC delegation will be partially financially supported byin the form of sponsorship by Apa Nova Bucharest.

In April 2016 ANTEC concluded with the University d'Artois in Arras, France a collaborative research agreement for a period of 3 years, relative to the project "Comparative analysis of the existing violence in the health sector and social structures in France and in Romania". Project management is assured for Romanian side by lecturer dr. Sorin BURLACU and for the French side by Professor Cécile CARRA

Since December 2015 experts from the ANTEC (prof. PhD. Ioan RADU, assoc. prof. PhD. Cleopatra ŞENDROIU, lect. PhD. Sorin BURLACU, eng. PhD. Tudor STOMFF, eng. Iulia RUGINA, ec. Mihai DEMETER) belong to the working group of AMRSP, Bucharest, coordinated by prof. PhD. Ioan RADU, which aims to develop the opportunity study for the reorganization of RATB in society.

A team of experts from ANTEC have participated during the month of May 2015 at several scientific and technical events organized by the University of Artois, Arras – France, and other public and private organizations from the North – Pas – de – Calais region in France, with the presentation of the case study regarding the performance of public – private partnership S.C. Apa Nova București S.A.

During the month of May 2015 a team of ANTEC experts have participated with several scientific materials at the international colloquium “Violances au sein des organisations” held in France.

In the academic year 2014 – 2015 ANTEC was a practice partner in the project Preus – “Practice in the specialization of Human Resources in top companies for top ASE students”, cofounded by the European Union through the European Social Fund – Operational Programme Human Resources Development. During March – April 2015 students of the Public Administration and Management from Bucharest University of Economic Studies have done their specialization practice in Human Resources at ANTEC.

In the month of June 2014 prof. univ. dr. Ioan RADU and lect. univ. dr. Sorin BURLACU have participated in the North – Pas – de – Calais region at several experience exchanges regarding the development of metropolitan regions on the principles of territorial and economic intelligence.

In the month of December 2013 under the aegis of „Editura Universitara” the book „Effects of the public – private partnership in the public water supply and sewerage services of Bucharest (2008 – 2012)” was published with the authors prof. univ. dr. Ioan RADU and conf. univ. dr. Cleopatra SENDROIU.

In the month of June 2013 prof. univ. dr. Ioan RADU has participated at the international conference in the field of informal economy organized by the „University of Paris Est” in France. The material presented together with prof. Dr. Philippe DUEZ from the „ Artois University”, addressed a comparative analysis Romania – France regarding reasons for the manifestation of various forms of informal economy.

In the month of February 2013 the president of ANTEC prof. univ. dr. Ioan RADU, with the vice-president of ANTEC lect. univ. dr. Sorin BURLACU have attended the forum for public services which was held in Sinaia. The forum was organized by the patronage of public servicesand had the theme „Development and modernization of public infrastructure. The role of the local public authority and ADI in accessing European funds, project implementation and delegation of public utility services. At the launch of TOK – TOC project in ROMANIA on 22 February in Sinaia, ANTEC president prof. univ. dr. Ioan RADU presented the paper „Improving the quality of public services through continuous training of the human resources”.

In the month of October 2012 ANTEC president prof. univ. dr. Ioan RADU has aprticipated as a guest in the debate – seminar on „Can the public – private partnership become a solution for the public water supply and sewerage in the economic crisis?” held by The Faculty of Public Administration and Management. Other guests: conf. dr. Vasile CIOMOS, the president of the Romanian Water Association, prof. dr. Epsică CHIRU, deputy general manager Apa Nova București, Adrian CRISTEA president of the Municipal Authority of public services regulatory, Gina COJOCARU, senior adviser in the Ministry of Interior.

In the month of June 2012 a delegation from ANTEC that consisted in prof. univ. dr. Ioan RADU – president, conf. univ. dr. Cleopatra SENDROIU – vicepresident and lect. univ. dr. Sorin BURLACU – vice president, paid a work related visit at the company VEOLIA EAU in Lyon France. On this occasion there was an experience exchange regarding the best practices in public services of water supply and sewerage.

During 5-7 June 2012 a delegation from ANTEC that consisted in prof. univ. dr. Ioan RADU – president, conf. univ. dr. Cleopatra SENDROIU – vice president and lect. univ. Dr. Sorin BURLACU – vice president, has participated at the scientific manifestation „La refondation du secteur sanitaire et medico-social en France et en Roumanie”. The delegation members made several presentations on the reform of the public services of health and welfare and the role of electronic communication platforms in higher education.

In the month of December 2011, by the General Mayor of Bucharest`s decision the Advisory Group in the field of public utilities for the city of Bucharest was founded. ANTEC is represented in the Advisory Group by professor dr. Ioan RADU.

In the month of June 2011 a delegation of ANTEC experts participated in a Franco – Romanian international scientific event entitled „ L`apport du parteneriat publicprivé la recherche of logiques nouvelles de développement”. Successful experiences regarding the PPP field in Romania and the contribution of ANTEC at accessing european funds for the public welfare service alongside the vision of social economic development were presented. The participation of ANTEC at this event was held with the support of S.C Apa Nova Bucharest S.A.
